Yusuke Ito : Chief Executive

Professor, Nagoya University of Commerce & Business
Formerly a Director of Japanese Equity Trading at Indosuez W.I. Carr (presently
Cre'dit Agricole Securities), where he was also instrumental in developing
automatic execution system for equity trading. Prior to that, he was head
of Japanese equity and derivative trading team at Salomon Brothers Asia
Limited (presently Citigroup Global Markets Japan) in Tokyo. While a 12-year
trading veteran, he has also taught mathematics at various levels for 15
years. Mr. Ito is a graduate of Waseda University and participated in the
Doctoral Course in mathematics, also at Waseda University. |

Nozomi Ando : Director |
Ms. Ando joined Simplex Technology, Inc. (presently Simplex, Inc.) in 2008.
She joined Simplex Institute in 2014 and she is engaged in financial education,
including seminars for personal investors. She is an expert in single-stock
options and is an active individual trader in futures and options. Ms.
Ando received her B.A. in Education from the University of Tokyo, an MBA
and Ph.D. in Finance from Hitotsubashi University Business School. She
studies investor behavior and education and is interested in experimental
economics and behavioral finance.She has also been a part-time lecturer
at Fukushima University since 2023. In addition to her finance expertise,
Ms. Ando is a master of Japanese kimono dressing and has a deep interest
in Japanese culture. |

Toshio Koike: Outside Director |
BA Economics at University of Tokyo
After serving Salomon Brothers as the Director and Head of Internal Audit at the Tokyo Branch, Toshio was engaged in advisory practices in compliance and risk management as a partner at EY Japan (Shin Nihon Audit Corporation), and has started an independent accounting service practice since 2010.
He has authored several articles and books regarding risk management and internal controls (e.g. “Internal Controls for Financial Institutions” published in February 2006 by Kinzai, etc.)
He is a CPA (Japanese) and CFA (US). |

Nobuyuki Tsuboi : Auditor |
Representative of TC Management. Docent of Keio University Graduate School of System Design Management. Associate member faculty of Keio Marunouchi City Campus. Mr. Tsuboi has 14 years of experience in equity research at Salomon Brothers Asia Ltd., UBS Warburg and Merrill Lynch. He was ranked R/U in all Japan analyst ranking survey conducted by Institutional Investor Magazine (2000, 2001). In 2007, he established his own business, TC Management. He is a graduate of University of Tsukuba, and received his MBA from Keio University Graduate School of Business Administration.
